As long as our store has not yet delivered the order to a courier service, the customer will not be charged any costs. If the cancellation of the order takes place after our store delivers the order to a courier service, any costs of sending and returning the order are borne by the customer. If our store has already debited the customer, any costs of cancellation - indicative and not restrictive - of credit card or debit card, are borne by the customer.

Right of replacement - return
a. The customer has the right to request the change of the product he ordered with the same different size or different product within 48 hours from the delivery of his order to him. The change of the product can be done with a different product of equal or greater value, in which case the customer will have to pay the extra price.
In promotional products, the customer has the right to request a change with the same product of a different size. The possibility of exchanging offer products with another different product, non-discount, is excluded.
The costs of returning and shipping the new product are borne by the customer.
Any damage or loss of the product during transport - return after exercising the right of replacement, is the responsibility of the customer.
b. In case of shipment from our store of a product other than that of the order or defective product, the customer has the right to request its replacement, within 48 hours from the delivery of the product to him.
The customer must report the problem to our store, by phone at 2651402319-6932668584 or by e-mail to petittresorshoes@gmail.com within the above 48-hour deadline.
The product should be sent to a postal company that will be indicated by a representative of our store, within its original packaging and accompanied by all its documents, such as proof of purchase, warranty and instructions.
